Beautiful Elevated Home on Lido Key with Private Heated Pool!! Quick Access to St. Armand's Circle and the Beach. Bikes, Cooler, Beach Cart, and more included! This 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home and all the private exterior space it provides, including your private heated pool, is perfect for any family! The home features a fully stocked kitchen, interior dining for 12, as well as additional exterior dining, and a comfortable living room with plenty of space for your family to relax. There is also a Florida room on the split level between floors, that offers an additional living or gathering room that is perfect for the kids, card night, or just extra lounging space with a neighborhood view. The home is perfectly located within 3 Blocks, or about a 7 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride to Lido Key Beach. You're also about a 1 minute bike ride or 3 minute walk to St. Armand's Circle. You can literally walk or bike to everything from this home! You'll love the open pool deck and patio space with plenty of seating and lounging surrounded by a privacy fence and beautiful tropical landscaping. It's a very versatile space that will allow you to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine in any way you see fit!
This home is also part of our Property Manager Program, so if you need dining reservations, a fishing charter, an airport transfer, grocery delivery set up, your Property Manager can help with recommendations. It is exclusive, and our services are inclusive of your reservation and designed to make your stay a completely care free and perfect experience. We also include beach chairs, bikes, a cooler, and a beach cart to make it easy for you and your family to head to the beaches or Lido Key. If you want privacy, with only the sounds of the waves lapping the shore, while you sit on the now World Famous White Sand Beaches of Lido Key and Siesta Key then this is your vacation home. If you want all of this, and your own Property Manager, who will handle all guest relations before, during, and after your stay, then this is your home.
Ground Level:
The home features a 2-Car Garage for covered parking, and it is also used for storage of beach equipment and supplies, including the bikes, beach chairs, beach wagon, and cooler that come with the home. Private Heated Pool out back.
1st Level of Living - Elevated:
Up the stairs, you'll find a comfortable Great Room that features the kitchen, living, and dining areas. The Fully Stocked Kitchen has an eat-in-dining space that seats 4 people at the bar top. The Dining room features a table for 8-persons, and there is additional seating via the outdoor space as well. The living room features YouTube TV (HD), FREE WiFi throughout the home, and ample seating. There is one Bedroom on this floor, directly off the living area, and it features a Queen Bed. There is also a Full Bathroom on this floor.
2nd Level of Living:
On the split level you will find the Florida Room directly off the staircase mid-landing. This space receives overflow air-conditioning from the home, but it does not have HVAC vents in the room. This Florida Room functions as a 2nd living area with lots of windows and natural light. It features a TV, Amazon Firestick, Nintendo NES, dining table, and Futon Couch (could sleep 1). You'll also find 3 Bedrooms on this level and 2 Full Baths. The Master Bedroom features a King Bed and En Suite Bath with a walk in shower and garden tub for bathing. You'll also find a 2nd Bedroom with a King Bed and 3rd Bedroom with a Bunk Bed arrangement(Twin over Full Bunk Bed). These 2 bedrooms have access to the 2nd bathroom on this level.
So, if you aren't sold yet, let me tell you a little more about the location of this home. It is located in the heart of St. Armand's Circle. It is a bike ride or walk to Lido Key Beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. It is also a short bike ride or walk to St. Armand's Circle and all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife it has to offer. If you aren't familiar with St. Armand's Circle, well, you're in for a treat because this area is a very well known and high end commercial retail and restaurant area. It is filled with boutiques, restaurants, dessert shops, and nightlife. This is a renowned area and people come from all over to walk the circle, take in the sights and sounds, and enjoy the many offerings of this area. However, you'll be able to walk or bike there and not worry about driving or parking your car, so you can truly enjoy your vacation without concern for the details. If you want even more offerings, Downtown Sarasota is only 2.5 miles from this home, and you can find an even larger supply of retail, restaurants, nightlife, concert halls, comedy venues and more. You can catch a movie, a play or performance at the Sarasota Van Wezel, or just walk down Main Street and pop in and out of dozens and dozens of shops and stores. It is about a $10-15 Uber to downtown - so again, no need to worry about transportation, everything is right there at your fingertips. The home is very short drive or nice bike ride to City Island, where your family can enjoy a day at Mote Marine Laboratory, where you can enjoy the large aquariums, education centers, and aquatic "petting zoos" for an up close and personal nautical experience. You can also visit New Pass Bait Shop to test out your fishing luck or launch a kayak or boat at the boat ramp on City Island as well. There is a small park and beach on City Island as well.

Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have an additional clean done during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. If you want to have your linens and towels replaced during this clean, we can do that too, just let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and keeping them clean so we appreciate your cooperation on this. We will require an additional clean for every 2 weeks that you are in our home.

Our preferred vendors recommend some Services, Tours, and Equipment can be reserved in advance due to limited space and high demand.
