The House and surroundings:
On the west coast, wild and authentic Sardinia, the house is located in the historic district of Cuglieri, a village between sea and mountains, perfectly quiet, minutes from shops. The house, a very old sheepfold, has been fully restored in a spirit "contemporary charm", a small secret garden, terraces to live outside, with views of the village and the sea complete this magical place! For decoration and garden, bias of white and gray and local materials, basalt, stone etc .... On the ground floor a large living room, cool summer, living room, dining room, open kitchen and a bathroom with walk-in shower. A few steps up basalt, a living room with fireplace and a door window that opens onto the terraces and the white garden, always very flowery; olive tree, lemon tree, lavender, rosemary?In the summer season, small vegetable garden with tomatoes, aubergines, arugula, zucchini, basil and all herbs ... From the second terrace a summer living room, with sofa and armchairs, wonderful sunsets over the sea, the mountain and the village. The 3 bedrooms open onto the garden through French windows. one is independent, under the terrace, king size bed, with toilet, sink and shower. In the main house a "master bedroom" with its ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks and a smaller room for 2 people (separate beds or not), his bathroom is on the ground floor. The house is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee, barbecue in summer). Maid on request. The house is very comfortable at all seasons, thanks to its electric heating and its beautiful fireplace. I discovered this place thanks to friends 7 years ago, I quickly bought this house, all the friends who come to see me find that "it is a small corner of paradise", never of people, of Beaches without people, incredible nature and preserved, we are quite a few friends and friends of French friends to have succumbed to the charms of this place still privileged and accessible.

You can rent zodiac with or without license to discover the wild coast or the island of Mal di Ventre. True sportsmen can practice cycling in the mountains. Finally, at half an hour, splendid golf on the sea in one of the biggest pine forests of Europe.
