Situated in the heart of Nice, you have everything within easy reach: pharmacy, bookshop, tobacconist, newsagent, supermarkets, restaurants and even in the mornings the Libération Provencal market, where you'll find all the fresh produce from our region sold by our farmers (fruit, vegetables, etc.).
What's more, if you're on the move, the 1st tram stop ("Borriglione") is just 2 minutes' walk away (2 stops for Nice train station, 5 stops for old Nice and the beach and Promenade des Anglais).
All the streets around the building have paid parking spaces, and a 5-minute walk will take you to streets with free parking spaces 24/24 and 7/7 (although you may have to turn round before you find one). There is also a public car park just a 4-minute walk away: the "parking de la gare du sud", where you will find a large and beautiful shopping hall with many shops, restaurants, a sports hall and a cinema.
The beach is a 15-minute walk away, or 5 minutes by bus or tram, and a blue bike park is also available.

Before your arrival :
the accommodation is completely disinfected with powerful products purchased and used for this purpose (bactericides and virucides as you can see in our photos) to provide you with maximum safety and allow you to be in complete peace of mind with us.
All surfaces have been disinfected (handles, remote controls, furniture, hoovers, switches, handrails, household appliances, keys, bins, etc.).
Our maintenance team is equipped with masks and gloves.
All linen and textiles are fully washed at 60° and installed after complete disinfection of the flat: sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats, etc.
We leave a period of time between each reservation to air out the flat.
When handing over the keys, you will be required to follow the barrier procedures: washing your hands, wearing a mask, a minimum distance of 1 metre between us, and clear Plexiglas windows for calm communication.
For your peace of mind: we will give you a tube of hydro-alcoholic gel and we will provide you with new washable masks so that you can reuse them if you wish.
When you leave:
You can leave your set of keys in the letterbox so you don't have to make contact.
