4 Bedroom House in Cypress Gardens, Winter Haven
Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is also lakefront, making it a perfect spot for large groups to travel together. Enjoy your evenings 5 minutes to LEGOLAND, 30 minutes to Disney, and 50 minutes to Busch Gardens/Tampa.
The home sleeps eight with one king bed, two queen beds, and one twin. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. The backyard patio has a dining set and chairs along the pool to enjoy the lakefront views. The driveway can accommodate up to four cars. We welcome pets in our home for a $50 fee. Bring your boat to our beach for fishing, waterskiing, and touring the 18 lake chain! Multiple public lake access ramps are available nearby. Chain of Lakes pontoon tour companies are available as well, and we're happy to guide you to our favorite ones!
We do not allow parties, without exception. Our neighborhood has a strict no noise after 9pm rule. If we receive a complaint about a party or late-night noise, you will be asked to leave and not be given a refund as this violates our house rules. We do not allow extra guests in the home outside of your reservation. We do not allow personal grills. The home is strictly no-smoking. If you violate house rules, you will be escorted off the property and may incur additional fees. Please be advised, we have a Ring doorbell camera by the front door entrance.
You have the entire home to yourself. Self-check-in using a smart lock after 4pm, check out is at 10am. Early check ins (as early as 2pm) and late check outs (as late as noon) can sometimes be accommodated for a $50 fee. The pool and lake are yours to use, but please keep noise levels down as we live in a neighborhood.
