Our charming 3-bedroom pink-themed home in McDonough, Georgia is perfect for traveling nurses or women on business trips, just 22 mins from downtown Atl. Tastefully decorated living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and two bathrooms stocked with fresh towels. Our quiet residential neighborhood provides the perfect retreat after a busy day. Please note that our home is not available for parties/events, and we ask to keep noise levels to a min. Prior to accepting your booking request, we will need you to provide the first and last name of each guest, child, and day visitor who will be at the property. Regardless of the amount of time, they will be staying, this will still be required. And submit a copy of identification to verify age.
Please be reminded of these HOUSE RULES that we strictly implement and must be followed during your stay:
★ Pets are strictly NOT allowed. Guests will be fined $150 + $100 cleaning fee if seen with a pet.
★ The neighborhood enforces quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. No loud music, voices, or any other loud noises are allowed during quiet hours. Please be respectful at all times of the other residents who are your neighbors.
★ Smoking is strictly NOT allowed inside the home, including outside by the door. Smoking within the property/unit will incur a fee of at least $250 or the actual cost of remediation whichever is higher. This includes the entrance to the home. No smoking anywhere in these areas or within 25 ft. of the home. Please do not litter and dispose of your items.
★ The maximum number of occupants is 6 at all times. Only those guests stated on the reservation are allowed on the property without prior consent. Please make sure that the number of guests in the reservation is correct.
If you wish to add additional guests, there will be a fee of $30 per person per night. Guests who are seen staying overnight (those that are not declared in your reservation) will be charged $50 per person per night. Any approved visitors must vacate the property by 10 pm each day.
★ For early or late check-ins or late check-outs, there will be a charge of $25/hour or $55 for 3 hours before 4 pm (check-in) or after 11 am (check-out). Notify before the day of arrival if you will need to check in other than the check-in hours.
★ Tampering with the security system (camera/ panel) in any way will result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation should guests be neglectful in complying with the security rules.
