Summary: We stayed at this house for 4 nights to do some skiing over the kids school break. The house itself was amazing!!! The kids loved having their own bedrooms, the game room was a huge hit, fire tv was easy to use, and it was a nice walk down to Mirror Lake. Location of the house was 18min from Bretton Woods. The house is on a busy road with a lot of trucking, so noise early in the morning was an issue. Some minor downsides (all easy fixes, and we are definitely considering booking this property for the summer months). > Owner/Property manager employs a "if you use it up, replace it yourself" policy on garbage bags, hand soap, toilet paper, etc.... This affected us b/c we were there for 4 days and only had one garbage bag. Basics like this should be fully stocked and provided to provide proper guest experience (and avoid more of a "tenant" feeling) > Property wasn't really clean - specifically coffee grounds from previous guest on the floor by the garbage and in the garbage cabinet. Garbage from previous guest left behind in garbage can. > Didn't feel like an adequate amount of bath towels for 5 people over 4 nights. > One of the Nest thermostats in the kids bedroom kept resetting down to 50F over night.
