On the 2nd floor: 2 communicating bedrooms. The 1st with a 140x190 bed and the 2nd with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed and 1 toilet. Shower room with toilet.
Wifi with Box. Table football. Electricity extra, to be paid on meter reading.
Baby equipment: 2 beds, bathtub, changing mat, high chair.
Outside: private unfenced garden of 1.5 hectares, private enclosed courtyard of 80m², garden furniture, plancha, pétanque, basketball hoop, ping-pong. Boat and boots available. Garage for 2 vehicles and parking. The cottage is located in an old mill where water is omnipresent, the site requires caution and supervision of parents for children. At the end of a path, the old mill surrounded by water will be ideal for gatherings of friends and families. Independent, not overlooked, only the birds will disturb the tranquility of the place. David wanted to preserve the authenticity of the place with a rustic and "vintage" decoration in certain rooms.
