The 2.5 room apartment is located in the east of Scuol. At the end of a dead-end street – a quiet residential area. No through traffic. The caretakers of the apartment live in the house on the upper floor. We completely renovated and insulated the house in 2018.
The vacation apartment has 50 square meters on two floors, oak parquet, modern kitchen with induction stove, refrigerator and separate freezer. The apartment has a bedroom with two beds and a small bedroom with a 2-person cabin bed, ideal for children. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Free WiFi, TV and radio. 20 square meters of garden. In the garden, the Engadine Dolomites are virtually at the table: Piz Ajüz, Lischana, San Jon and Pisoc. The house is located on the East-West axis. Plenty of sunshine from spring to autumn. Parking in front of the house. You can put on your hiking shoes in the house and walk in all directions.
