About this space
Peaceful, farmhouse-inspired, new construction home in a culdesac of a charming neighborhood. 5 mins driving distance from downtown wayzata/lake minnetonka. 15 minutes driving distance to minneapolis downtown. Path that connects to minnetonka path system is located adjacent to propery driveway. Parking for 6 cars available on driveway and more free parking in culdesac. Each floor has full living room space for chatting/gaming/entertainment. Huge naturally-enclosed, secluded backyard.
The space
5 bedrooms; 2 standalone kings, 1 standalone queen, standalone 1 double, 1 double (top bunk), 2 singles (top bunks), 1 standalone single; 1 crib; 1 tent. Bedding is all organic. 3 living spaces (1 on each floor). TV entertainment (with nintendo switch/wii/ps3 and games) with full sonos system for amazing sound. A hdmi hookup is available (with apple adapter if needed) for you to hook up your laptop, etc. to the tv (sonos is linked with TV, so you don't need to do anything). Backyard is a giant open field with soccer goals, 2 hammocks, 1 swinging hammock chair, and a ninja set. Rear patio with seating (for 8) available. 2 full baths on upstairs level (for 4 bedrooms), and 1 shower/bathroom in basement next to 5th bedroom. Washer/dryer on upstairs floor available for use.
Guest access
You can access every space except for the utility room and home office space. Trampoline is off limits because it is old and a liability. Treadmill is, in principle, not available for use except by request and please note that certain restrictions will apply. The piano is unfortunately also off limits. It will only be made available to guests who are entering competitions or other events or other special request.
