Negative: Overall apartament was nice and clean. When I messaged the host before arrival asking if there is an iron and hairdryer in the room they replied promptly. However: 1. We received a message on the day of arrival that we can check in from 5pm and the keys are in the locked box. I asked if we can check in 2-3pm as 5pm check in is quite late especially that check out was 10am. Host read the message but didnt reply back. Later I asked if we can check in at 4pm as thats what booking.com states - again no reply. We arrived there at around 4.30pm hoping we can check in but we couldnt find the key or a box with the key. I called the host numerous times and sent pictures of the place asking if they can point us to the key but received no response. We were hanging around the town in 40 degree heat, all shops bars were shut. Luckily we managed to find the key after about an hour. The host only tried to call back at 8pm! 2. Moreover the apartament is on ground floor not first floor as per description. Also the only ‘terrace’ we could find is a door in the bedroom opening up to one of the streets. 3. Also be aware the apartment isn’t air-conditioned and there are no windows.
Summary: No windows, no aircon, host not responsive, nice location though
