- Bathroom with bath and WC.
2nd floor:
- Bedroom 4 (dormitory): two bunk beds (sleeps 4) and a double bed (140×190) with duvet (220x240)

Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of around 200 m² facing north-west, higher than the house, with furniture and barbecue to enjoy the fine weather. All the equipment you need for barbecuing is provided: tongs, spatulas, skewers, etc.
- A terrace level with the house under a pergola sheltered from the wind.

You'll be seduced by the green countryside on one side and the fine sandy beaches on the other, such as Kervijen, Porz Ar Vag and Lestrevet. Kervel and Sainte-Anne-la-Palud are around 10 kilometres away, offering you the chance to try your hand at a whole range of water sports: surfing, sand yachting, boating, kitesurfing...
- Sights: The typical village of Locronan is 15 minutes away (explore the village with its many galleries, church, small shops and crêperies).
