This classic bright and airy Cape Town villa has been fully renovated and modernised to the highest possible standards. The upstairs deck and bar offers views of Cape Town harbour and Table Bay. Through the front door, walk into the open plan living area consisting of a double living area and 8-seater dining room. The living room has a huge smart TV with DSTV, Netflix and a wifi and bluetooth enabled sound system. The formal dining room leads into the fully-equipped kitchen. Also on the upper level you will find 3 oversized ensuite bedrooms each equipped with King beds, air-conditioning and DSTV and Netflix enabled smart TVs. The upstairs lounge and bar area opens up to the resort-style upper deck with designated areas for dining, lounging, chilling and BBQing.
