Summary: We just finished a month-long stay at this really well laid out apartment. It's spotlessly clean, everything works, and communication with the host was great. We didn't really need anything from him but he kept in touch throughout our stay. Having the bedroom upstairs, separate from the living room and kitchen, means one person can go to bed (or stay in bed) while the other one is up. (It was just two of us, so we never used the downstairs futon as a bed, only as a sofa.) Having a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator and freezer, a range and oven, and a microwave meant we could do cook there instead of eating out every night, which gets really expensive in the D.C. area. And having a reserved, private lot parking space is a huge bonus in any urban area. It was wonderful to pull right in and just be steps from the front door. Would gladly stay again.
