1 Bedroom House in Euless
Our 1963 ranch house sits on nearly an acre and nearly a 1/3 is your private area/patio that includes a mini-nature trail. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy the outdoors, relax and, you’re still able to explore Dallas or Ft Worth because of its location. It’s an ideal central location with everything you need to help you feel at home.
The guest suite has been fully renovated and updated and includes a full kitchen (i.e. gas oven/stove, refrigerator, dishwasher), washer/dryer, TV/WiFi, patio, nature area with garden, and many other amenities. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the couch converts to a sleeper. The suite is attached to the main house, but you are completely separate from our living area. It’s private and a wonderful place to relax, see nature, cook and enjoy DFW. You have the entire wing of the house to yourself along with your own patio, walking trail, and nature viewing area. You also have your own entrance.
The guest suite’s patio is my favorite spot on the property. I’ve seen red-tailed hawks, ducks, and numerous other birds. It’s unlike any property we’ve seen and we’re glad to be able to share it with others, plus you’re close to everything (AT&T/Rangers Stadium are 9 miles away; W. 7th, Downtown Ft Worth are 11 miles; Downtown Dallas is 20 miles)
The best part about staying here aside from location is guest’s have their own entrance, ac/heating, full kitchen, and it’s all been updated and modernized. It’s a nice mix of the old and the new.
