4 Bedroom Place in Westport

This lovely farmhouse converted by a Nobel prize-winning scientist and now owned by a former music industry exec comes with a huge pool, Tuscan-style outdoor dining area, wood-fired oven, hot tub and awesome media room with a bar, pool table and Sonos system throughout. It's a fabulous family house and the kids are all away at college so we have started renting it out of a few weeks over the summer to help with expenses. Nestled on a private road right next to the town's high school with open fields and tennis courts, it's set in a lush, peaceful garden only 5 minutes drive from the heart of Westport, with many great restaurants and bars, as well as the amazing public beaches at Sherwood Island, Greens Farms Metronorth station and easy access to I95
