Condado, the beach, great nightlife, groceries, theaters, cinemas, bars, restaurants, stores and more are at walking distance. Bus stop is one block.

The apartment was renovated and has everything new: stove, 5 mini split/AC, 5 beds, 1 futon, 1 sofa, stove, microwave, refrigerator, new and modern washer and dryer, cable TV and Netflix and many more things. If you stay here, you will enjoy a code access apartment building with a garage and a parking with roof, so you don't have to worry where you park your car or your rental car. The apartment offers a great view of Condado and a refreshing balcony were you can relax with your friends, family or your special one.
