CLASSIC HISTORIC ADIRONDACK CAMP ON 200' OF LAKE GEORGE WATERFRONT | House in Ticonderoga

4 Bedroom House in Ticonderoga
Unwind in our NEWLY RENOVATED lakeside, light-filled, clean and cozy camp, located on 200' of private Lake George shorefront -- including a secluded cove perfect for small children or for those who want "just a dip", plus a gentle rock outcropping. Take a shoreline sightseeing excursion in our two, single-passenger kayaks. Steps up from the water, make the most of our level lawn, perfect for a game of badminton, chasing fireflies or toasting marshmallows over the firepit. A generously sized screened-in porch outfitted for naps, cozy conversation and sunset meals, situated for gazing at the expansive view of northern Lake George. Get grilling where you'll have use of a combination gas and charcoal grill.
Once inside the first floor of the camp house, you'll be treated to a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and dishwasher, breakfast bar, sunny dining area for up to 8, and cheerful living room. The first floor also includes a half-bath (featuring the camp motto, which we'll let you discover for yourself!); library/study including a full-size mattress-grade futon, with books and games for all ages; PLUS a tucked-away full-size washer and dryer. For our off-season guests, the first floor is installed with radiant floor heating for your comfort. Head up to the second-floor, where you'll find three bedrooms (two with queen beds; one bedroom with two twins, including the "captain's bed") and a full-bath with pebble stone flooring and claw-foot tub. Although the Adirondack mountains generally provide comfortable nights, the bedrooms are equipped with fans (air conditioning units for both floors may be provided upon request).
Views of the lake abound throughout 11 The Point on both floors, where the gentle lapping of Lake George's waves lull you to sleep and softly greet you in the morning.
Craving a sand castle? A small and peaceful, seasonally lifeguard-present community beach is an easy five-minute walk from the camp, where you and your family can enjoy not just sand-castle building and more lake swimming, but also volleyball, a playground with swings, restrooms and a covered picnic area.
For your comfort and convenience, we provide all linens: beach towels, bath towels, bed linens, blankets and pillows. The camp is also equipped with wifi.
