This penthouse corner apartment has a large balcony you can enjoy all day, it is deep and shaded with both dining and reclining chairs. The other three balconies also have Gulf views: two to the East which also overlook the pool and one on the north side.
In addition to the great room with numerous windows and a soaring ceiling, there is a cozier, enclosed sunroom with beach views, perfect as a yoga studio, reading nook, or game room.
