Summary: We comfortably fit 6 people (4 kids and 2 adults). Everything was clean upon arrival and extra of anything needed (paper towels, laundry detergent, blankets, etc.). They even have a bunch of board games, cards, and puzzles. Very convenient to the little town and close to both Mount Snow and Hermitage Club. Our only and biggest complaint was the lingering smell of cigarette smoke. It was honestly unbearable and we didn't feel comfortable having our 4 kids breath in the air. My husband and kids have terrible allergies so we had to leave a night early because they couldn't breathe in the cabin. If you plan on spending the majority of your time out of the cabin, then this place is good for that. The outside could use some cleaning up but it's winter time so understandable that the exterior is not in the best condition. We did not hear the downstairs tenants at all so that part was completely fine. The bottom line is that this a more than decent place with all of the Vermont feels, if it weren’t the lingering smell of cigarette smoke, we would have stayed. The price is right and I guess if we would have paid more than I would have been upset about having to leave a day / night early and losing the money. I hope the owner can figure out what’s going on with the cigarette smoke, since it is listed as a non-smoking property, because I’m sure it will impact other guests.
