2 bedrooms (double bed + variable bunk bed), dining room with patio door and open gallery, living room with usable tiled stove and TV, 1 bathroom with patio door and large shower & free-standing bath, 2 sep. WC, washing machine, dryer, open kitchen with high quality kitchen equipment, side-by-side refrigerator, gr. Electric / gas stove, to the courtyard towards a Klöntür, white soaped oak floors, cement tiles, top white cork, loam construction, 2 skand. Ovens, 1 tiled stove.

Our 2-4 persons, 160m² large thatched house, was renovated in 2014/15 high quality, with natural building materials. The open gallery and the golden fireplace on the first floor are the big special details - many other smaller features await you. A neighbor in sight - otherwise only forest, meadow & natural garden on 6 ha. The reason borders on the natural park Stettiner Haff 4.5 km through forest and meadows to the next nature beach in Vogelsang-Warsin. A wonderful swimming area especially for toddlers. The lagoon is only slightly salty and heats up quickly. The fine-sandy soil falls off very shallow.
After about 10 minutes by bike through the forest you reach a small bay in the middle of the reed-covered bank. There it can not be bathed, but wonderful dream. In winter, there are wonderful walks on the ice from there. Or watch the ice-oysters from there.
THE ENVIRONMENT:
Mushrooms and blueberries in rough amounts - at the appropriate season there are also fruits on the property. The large variety of forests of the Szczecin Lagoon is considerable, trees to the coast. The almost untouched nature is really something very special.
The Oder-Neiße cycle path is right outside the door, but other well-marked bike rides can also be started outside the door. The Stettiner Haff Nature Park offers almost 1,000 km of hiking, cycling and riding trails.
Another special feature is the wildlife there. Imposing, if you are overflown by a flock of cranes or wild geese - an almost everyday spectacle!

Since the upper floor is designed open and there is also the sleeping area, the house is not suitable for many people. The bedroom on the ground floor is a smaller room with a bunk bed. If necessary, the beds can also be placed side by side. Then, however, an additional cot is almost impossible to provide. A fall protection grid for children is available in the house.
