Summary: I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at this property. Unfortunately, the reality of the accommodations fell short of the expectations set by the listing. Several issues impacted the quality of our stay.Firstly, upon arrival, we discovered a broken chair in the living area. This immediately raised concerns about the overall maintenance and care of the property.Secondly, the garage door opener was missing, which was a significant inconvenience. We relied on the garage for parking, and the absence of an opener made accessing the property cumbersome and time-consuming.Cleanliness was an issue. The showers were dirty, with visible grime and lack of proper cleaning. This was unacceptable and made us feel uncomfortable using them. Furthermore, the pull-out bed under the bunk beds was also dirty, with noticeable crumbs and hair present. This indicated a lack of thorough cleaning between guests.In addition to these issues, the kitchen was not as described. It was not fully equipped, as we found ourselves lacking essential items such as foil and plastic wrap. This made meal preparation more challenging than it should have been. We also discovered there was no dish washing machine detergent provided, which was inconvenient as we had planned on running the dishwasher during our stay.
