This is a newly built retro-contemporary themed studio apartment in downtown Oklahoma. It is bright and sunny with original hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances. Steps away from 1 zillion attractions, coffee shops, restaurants, and clubs. Great for business or vacation. Come and feel like a home in this apartment.

The apartment is located in the Midtown neighborhood, the Hipster epicenter of OKC. You are literally one block away from bars, beer gardens, restaurants, boutique shopping and art studios. A short streetcar ride will take you to your downtown conference or job interview. If you love bikes come and try this place as we provide 2 super-high performance beach cruisers for your commuting needs. The neighborhood is super pedestrian friendly and UBER is always nearby. An AStreetcar stop is located a block away and will take you to any downtown appointment and to the museums, the Civic Center, Arena, and Convention Center.

Other things to note
Includes a queen bed with a 5* quality Temper-Pedic mattress and extra linen for the couch. Ample parking available. Coin-op laundry in the basement. Free use of one bike. Stocked refrigerator and all cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try.
We will request a photo ID from all our guests. This is no different from if you went to a hotel. Our objective is to verify and also ensure that your account is not compromised. In the past year, we have encountered four such cases. Thank you for your cooperation.

Summary: I stayed at this location for a clinical rotation at St Anthony's Bone and joint hospital. The location was perfect for the hospital! It was only 3 minutes away. Midtown is a nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. The unit was clean and adorably decorated. There was no TV in the room which I did not realize before I got there, but it was a small inconvenience. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Overall, great stay!
