If you love bikes come and try this place as we provide 2 super-high performance beach cruisers for your commuting needs. The neighborhood is super pedestrian friendly and UBER is always nearby. An Streetcar stop is located a block away and will take you to any downtown appointment and to the museums, the Civic Center, Arena, and Convention Center.
Includes a queen bed with a 5* quality Temper-Pedic mattress and extra linen for the couch. Ample parking available. Coin-op laundry in the basement. Free use of 2 bikes. A stocked refrigerator and all cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try.
There is a strict no smoking policy. Any smoking and that includes marijuana. We will impose an extra cleaning fee of $200, to professionally deodorize and clean all upholstery including bed, rugs, chairs, sofa.

Summary: We loved that we were walking distance to so many things!!!!! Shops, restaurants, cafes, breweries, special events, etc!!!! Kitchen stocked with some yummy goodies and we loved the sitting area to chat and to read.
