Exit Sarasota airport and head west toward University Parkway/US-41.
Take University Parkway (CR 610) north or as appropriate to connect to US-41 / Tamiami Trail.
Merge onto US-41 N/Tamiami Trail toward downtown Sarasota.
Continue on US-41 N, then take the exit/bridge onto the causeway that leads toward Longboat Key.
Once on Longboat Key via Gulf of Mexico Drive (SR 789), keep following it north/west along the island.
Continue until you reach 1945 Gulf of Mexico Drive - Enter the gate of the community

Per City of Longboat Key's Rental Ordinance - This property must be rented for a minimum of 60 nights. Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
Guests must cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a full refund for all nights, minus a 10% processing fee.
Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
If a guest cancels less than 30 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights.
