This sunlit 2-story house makes a relaxing home base for families and groups. Enjoy a well-stocked kitchen, spacious stone patio w/ gas fire pit and beach views from the porch. Explore all that the area has to offer including charming downtown Milford or the nearby campus of Yale University. Convenient access to New Haven and NYC. Coastal Connecticut is waiting!
The Space
A bright, open concept kitchen and living area make this an entertainer's dream! Have a backyard bbq on the deck and patio or just relax while making Smore's at the gas fire pit after a day at the beach.
Three spacious, bright bedrooms with plenty of storage and closet space sleep 8 people total. Dedicated office space makes this ideal for remote work.
The primary bedroom, located on the entire second floor, has a large en suite bathroom with rainfall shower. The other two guest rooms are located on the first floor off of the dining room. One is equipped with a Queen bed and the other is great for kids with two singles and a bunk bed.
Guests will have access to the entire house as well as a shed that is well stocked with all of the gear you'll need for a day at the beach.
Please note the house next door is under renovation. As of now, there is no noise or construction but we will keep renters updated if this should change.
