Summary: The hotel was at best just ok. The hotel in general was pretty rundown. They didn't have that much to offer in general, i.e. they didn't have several food options to offer although it was in the food menu (no fruitsalad, no ice cream, no smoothies, no pineapple pizza, etc). They also had 2 pools (actually 3, but one of them was completely shut off during our entire stay), but after a couple of days they started maintenance on them and they were also shut off. No compensation or alternatives for the pools being shut off, no nothing. Before that the pools were dirty, they didn't cover them so all type of insects found their way there. Entertainment at the hotel was non-existent. They had miniature ants in the bathroom and the drain in the shower was not working properly. The windowshelf was dirty and clearly not cleaned for a while. There was a terrace to the room, but it was locked and therefore unaccessible. The positive thing with the hotel was that the staff were nice and serviceminded. And the location was good; close to all the places one wanted to reach and it felt like a safe environment. The room was big and pretty good.
