Awesome 3BR/2B updated home. Our property is full of well established live oak and pecan trees. You will love sitting on the back porch and enjoying our outdoor lights and looking down at our back field. We are 10 min from Downtown Belton, 20 min from Temple and Killeen, 10 min away from UMHB, and 5 min away from BLORA where you can be fishing on the lake in no time. We also have extra parking for your boats and trailers. Drink in the serenity of our home and kick back and relax!
You will feel especially comfortable during your stay in this home. Each bedroom has it's own SMART Tv. There is plenty of room for a comfortable family dinner. While you are preparing your meals you will have no problem visiting with each other in our open concept kitchen/family room. Also, there is a coffee bar available for your use to wake you up and get you going in the morning.

* No outside burning of ANY kind
* DO NOT park or drive on the limestone patio squares in the back yard!
* No pets
* No additional guests allowed at night other than what your reservation is booked for. MAX OCCUPANCY 6ppl. No more than that sleeping in the house.
*Daytime Guests are limited to twelve (12) persons from the hours of 7AM to 10PM, (children are included).
*Minimum renting age is 25.
* This is a NON SMOKING house. Smoking inside will result in $250 charge to credit card for cleaning and damage to any furniture or linens.
* SEPTIC SYSTEM- we are on a septic system on this property, please do not flush feminine products down the toilet.
*FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in and/or immediate removal. The property is not available under any circumstances for commercial use or illegal activities. The property is not available for holding large parties or events where people who are not staying at the property are on premises, without notifying management. Any large event or party held at the house must be discussed with management prior to booking/reserving the property or it will result in immediate termination of stay and possible/probable police involvement during the event/party.

-Put dirty dishes in dishwasher and run it. Wash any dishes too big for dishwasher by hand.
-Please do a quick wipe of anything messy & trash in the outside can.
-Please sweep ALL floors.
-Make sure all doors are locked.
-Additional fee of $150 will be added after check out if house is left without the above cleaning done.
