You will have a private entrance and an entire private apartment with sound-proof walls. Your space is approximately 500 square feet including a sleeping area, living room area and dining area (in one large space) and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom separate from the main area.
The space is unique - beautiful, rustic, and comfortable. The bedroom, dining area, and living room area are all in one large space with the kitchen and bathroom separate from the main area. The entire space is approximately 500 square feet. There are 2 spots for parking and you enter by way of the deck and the french doors. The deck faces a side lane. It is quite nice to sit on the deck and have coffee or wine with shade provided by the giant red oaks.
The neighborhood is residential yet so close to amenities and downtown. One block over (parallel) there are a breakfast/ lunch place (Hen Dough), a coffee shop, a Mexican taco lunch spot, a day spa, an art gallery and a brewery. Downtown and Main street are only a 1/2 mile walk. Downtown has a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries as well as quaint shopping. For kids there is a small aquarium and a Hands On museum as well as gem-mining and ice cream.
If you feel like exploring other towns, it is only a 1/2 hour drive to Asheville, Tryon, Chimney Rock, and Brevard and 20 minutes to Dupont Forest and Saluda. Each town has it's own great atmosphere and personality. There are also a plethora of waterfalls and hikes to enjoy just a short drive away. So many great places to see!
