Summary: When we first arrived to check in there was no one at the front desk. We waited for 5-10 mins before anyone came. There was no bell to ring or any phone to call for help. There were 2 other occasions where this happened during our stay. Also rooms were cleaned every 3 days - requests for towels, toiletries, etc had to be made to the staff. It appeared they were short staffed. Curtain was torn, sofa cushions were stained, shower curtain was dark yellow along the bottom - needed washing or to be replaced.
