Summary: When I arrived to check in @ 11pm no one was at the front desk - sign was there that said will return in 5 minutes. I used the restroom in the lobby and heard someone talking but then stopped when I went in. I went back to lobby and waited and no one came - finally opened the restroom door and asked the person in the stall if they were working here. Response was yes! I said it’s after 11pm and I’m still waiting to get into my rooms. Desk worker was pleasant enough but was ridiculous that I was waiting that long to get service.
