Welcome to our beautiful 5 bed townhouse, with a private garden and off-road parking.
The house is a perfect base for those working in or around Birmingham, Warwickshire, HS2, Jaguar Land Rover or those visiting the area. It is a 10 – minute drive to Birmingham International Airport, the NEC, and Resorts World, where you will find a Casino, Genting Arena, Cinema, Restaurants and Outlet shopping. It is minutes away from Jaguar Land Rover, Solihull Town Centre and train station, Warwickshire, the Bullring, Brindley Place, Grand Central, the NIA, Heartlands and Solihull Hospital and the Mailbox.
Comfort Lodge is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Solihull. A short drive from Solihull town centre where you will find a Sainsbury's and Morrisons and a variety of restaurants and shops. There is also a Tesco Express, and eateries minutes away.

The kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a brand-new single oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, and all the cookware and utensils you're likely to need. There's plenty of space in the cupboard to store your necessities. We also have a dishwasher and a Tassimo coffee machine with a variety of complimentary coffee capsules and tea bags for your enjoyment.
The Garden
Accessed via the patio doors in the conservatory. The garden is a private space and has a fenced garden, great to relax. A BBQ is available during the summer months.
The 5 bedrooms
There are king-size beds and single beds across the bedrooms, the beds can be arranged as either king-size beds or single beds as per your request/requirements. Expect to find comfortable orthopaedic mattresses, bed linen and black-out blinds for a good night's sleep.

There is a bathroom on each floor, on the first floor the bathroom has a stand-alone shower shared between 2 rooms. On the second floor, the bathroom has a shower over the bath shared between 3 rooms.
