Relaxing is easy in this wonderfully comfortable home ideal for long stays where everything is new and the kitchen well stocked. Amazing location in the center of Fort Collins close by Rendezvous Trail, which meanders through the neighborhood to the grocery store and restaurants, and connects to the Poudre River Trail that you can take to wonderful Old Town Fort Collins. This home is great for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families. Close to shopping and CSU, in a quiet residential area with large green space across the street. Front porch and back patio are perfect for enjoying Colorado sunrises and sunsets. Host is a 5th generation local who loves to share tips on what's going on in the area.
The space:
Being a new VRBO means that everything in the home is in top shape. The towels and linens are new and high quality. We don’t have reviews yet as the home is rented for a month minimum and we just opened in the beginning of August. Our 1st guests originally booked for 2 months then added an additional month after staying in the home for less than 48 hours. You’ll want to stay here as long as you can too, it's ideal for long stays.

The main bedroom on the second floor has vaulted ceilings, a large walk in closet and a private bathroom. One bedroom upstairs has a comfy double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds. The large finished basement has a queen bed and a full bath plus a spacious desk/work area. All mattresses are new and are high quality for beautiful sleep.
There is beautiful tile work throughout the kitchen and baths. The kitchen has a laptop friendly workspace on the bar.
The home is thoughtfully decorated and offers all the amenities and comforts that you would want at a much better price than a hotel. Interior designed by Jordan Clarke for a feeling of comfort and relaxation. Art created by local artists can be found throughout the home.
Professional housekeeping has the home looking and feeling wonderfully clean. All covid cleaning protocols are put into place.
You can walk to the grocery store, restaurants and more or take a quick drive to old town and Harmony Road. Super Target, breweries, and other popular spots are all close by.
