Summary: The excellent: Jade was an excellent agent at the counter and on the phone before we booked, informative, pleasant, and helpful when she fixed our problems noted below. The Good: Facility was beautiful looking and while expensive near Yellowstone and the Bozeman airport better priced than other hotels in the area. The breakfast was good and well stocked. The BAD: When we arrived the beds sheets were NOT changed from the previous customer. There were obvious luggage wheels track marks ran across the bottom of the top sheet top sheet with a beautifully squared comforter on top The only reason we found it is we ALWAYS check under the bed for bedbug scat (which the hotel DID NOT HAVE) thankfully. We told Jade about the beds not being changed and she went in the back and got two complete bed changes and sat them on the down on the counter. We had to remake our own dirty beds, because we got there after ALL the housekeepers were gone? This was on a $200/night hotel. Not acceptable. Otherwise the room was clean.
