Summary: Staff threw away over $100 of drinks and snacks meant for a softball team there playing in obscene heat. Another guest went to retrieve it from her room, before she had checked out, only to find that a housekeeper had entered the room and threw everything away while we were at the field. The hotel admitted as much at the time but needed management to approve any credit. One day later, and now management refuses to accept responsibility and is putting it in writing that they not only blameless, but claiming there was no issue at all. They could’ve easily apologized for the mistake and given a discount but instead they’d rather show they’re unfit to be trusted and completely lack integrity. We no longer trust them to host any of our teams and will make sure to make known to every other team and tournament that this is a hotel to avoid.
