Summary: The fire alarm started going off and the fire department had to come. Comes to find out, someone was smoking in their room. That was such an inconvenience. The room wasn't bad but when i let the couch out, the mattress was horrible. It was stained so badly and they didnt have sheets to go on the mattress. When i went to tell the guy at thr service desk, all he could offee me was some sheets instead of switching out the matress. The fridge did not get cold at all and at this point, i didnt care to complain because the way the attendant responded to the mattress situation, i frlt he wasnt going to do anything about the fridge.
