Summary: Housekeeping not available on our 2 day stay, but if you needed something it would have to be requested. Online shows a bar inside hotel, bar did not exist. Heated pool was not heated and had way too much chlorine in it. Breakfast was good, different variety available and the spanish lady that cooks was extremely friendly and made sure nothing ran out. Overall an okay stay not sure if we would return to the same hotel on our next visit to Waco.
