The comfortable holiday home stands separately on a 2.000 square meters large, park-like recreational property between two lakes and borders directly on the river Bresenitz. The light-flooded house is modern in design. It is equipped with a large living room with open kitchen. Two cozy couches invite you to relax by the fireplace and flat-screen TV or radio. The fireplace is with glassight. All windows are equipped with insect screens and with shutters or shutters. The newly modernized, high quality and fully equipped kitchen has fridge / freezer, oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and a large dining area for 6 guests. The 2 bedrooms offer a wardrobe and a double bed or a double sofa bed for 2 guests. If required, an extra bed for 2 guests is possible in the living room. The also newly modernized shower room with vanity, toilet and walk-in shower will inspire you.
There is also a very large covered non-visible furnished terrace directly at the house with a barbecue, various sitting areas are distributed on the property. For sunbathing is a lawn and for the younger guests are swing, slide, sandpit, playhouse and various toys available. Pitches for cars and bicycles are located at the house. After agreement with the owner, a boat can be rented on Lake Woserin for a reasonable price. A cot for delivery and a highchair are available on request. The purchase of a fishing license is possible. The house is in top location with only about 100 meters to the lake.
