Plenty of other restaurants are open year round (Oyster Company, Red Nun, Red Cottage). Enjoy your summer vacation on the Mid-Cape in comfortable ad clean air conditioned setting (mini split system). The townhouse is in a small condominium complex of only 6 units (three duplex buildings). The kitchen provides basic spices and herbs. There is a queen bed in one of the bedrooms and two twins in the other. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the second floor. Linens and towels will be provided upon request. Baby proofed unit with locks on kitchen cabinets and baby gate between the floors; pack and play and toy chest are available. The back yard and deck are perfect for grilling and chilling after a hot day on the beach. Check-ins at/after 3 PM on Saturday and 5 pm on weekdays, unless otherwise arranged. Check-out is by 11 am. The maximum number of occupants is 5. Only two parking spaces are available. Well behaved dogs up to 35 lb are allowed with advanced permission.
