Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The property was very well connected to public transportation, making it quick and easy to get to Manhattan, yet it was located in a quiet area. We especially loved the amazing view of the Manhattan skyline right from the front door. Everything was clean and tidy, and there was even a cleaning service during our stay. While the walls were a bit thin, we hardly noticed the other guests—even though the bathroom and kitchen were shared with two other apartments. The room offered enough space, the bed was comfortable for two people, and there was even a wardrobe. Overall, the value for money was incredible!
Negative: I would have appreciated a bit more information in advance—for example, there were no pictures of the bathroom or kitchen, and it wasn’t clear how many people you’d be sharing with or what you needed to bring (though towels were provided). That said, all my questions were answered quickly via WhatsApp. A small trash bin in the room would have been helpful. The place wasn’t super modern, I wasn’t quite sure how to properly open the window, and the shower would have been more comfortable with a hose. But honestly, considering the price, these are just very minor issues.
Summary: A great stay with unbeatable value and a stunning skyline view—would definitely come again!
