Welcome to Ivory Cottage! This lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bath second-floor condo is tucked away in Wedgewood Lake, a subdivision of The Meadows Golf and Country Club, which offers miles of private walking and biking trails, tennis courts, a gym, 3 golf courses, lakes, and pools. Come, relish in the gorgeous Florida sunshine!
As you enter the front door, you are greeted by an open concept floor plan. To the right, you will find the kitchen, which is fully equipped for the chef at heart! There is a breakfast table that can accommodate up to two comfortably. Adjacent you will find the dining room, which has a gorgeous wooden table that can accommodate up to four comfortably. The living room boasts two plush couches and access to the balcony. From the balcony, you have amazing views of nature and the Wedgewood pool! There is outdoor seating for four and a chaise lounge for your enjoyment.
Next to the living room, you will find the master oasis. This room boasts a queen-size bed, private access to the balcony, and plenty of space for all your belongings. Attached is the master bathroom, which boasts dual vanities, an enormous walk-in closet, and a recently renovated shower with a detachable showerhead. The guest bedroom boasts two twin-size beds and plenty of closet space for your personal belongings. Adjacent is the main bathroom, which has a gorgeous vanity and a lovely shower/tub combo.
Enjoy relaxing by the Wedgewood Lake community pool, or take a drive to The Meadows where you can find lovely walking trails, a clubhouse, and golfing! Come and see why people never want to leave Florida!

Summary: Shortage of kitchen ware. Only 3 salad and 3 dinner forks and 4 dinner knives. Also no blender and only 2 wine glasses. You have to run the dishwasher to often. Other than those items ,things were good although the stairs were a problem for me as I am 90 and would not rent a upper condo again. I was with two daughters.
