Heritage Bay offers 9 hole and 18 holes golf leagues for women and 18 hole golf leagues for men. Perhaps the best thing about golf at Heritage Bay, if you pay the transfer fee, is that it is included with full membership in your rental. And, tee times are made through the Chelsea Tee Time System, which ensures equal access to the golf course for all members.
Heritage Bay is surrounded by acres of walking/biking trails, wildlife and lakes. It is approximately 20 minutes to the Ft. Myers airport, Old Historic Naples, Third Street South and Fifth Street South, homes to boutiques and the finest restaurants. Naples Beaches are approximately 9 miles away. Beautiful Coconut Point Mall includes wonderful shopping and dining. The new Mercato shopping center has an incredible movie theater with sofa like, reserved seats plus great dining. Both centers are also about 15 minutes away. Naples famous sunsets are fabulous especially from the glorious beaches and beachfront restaurants. Well known Sanibel Island and Captiva are about 40 minutes away as is Ft. Myers beach and town.
HERITAGE BAY's magnificent two-story full amenity clubhouse includes a formal dining room, a bar and grill room overlooking the golf course and a large lake. The community offers an incredible fitness center and exercise room with any kind of exercise equipment you would desire, spa with massage and manicure-pedicure facilities. There are seven lighted tennis courts with stadium seating for tournaments, 7 pools including a resort style main pool, hot tub and a Cabana bar. Cocktail hours, entertainment and dinner dances are held in the beautiful dining room and grill room. BBQ's and cocktail evenings are often held around the main pool. The brand new golf practice facilities include an aqua driving range, putting and chipping greens. Not to mention the billiard room with 3 full size tables, card rooms and reading clubs that will make your day and evening entertaining. This condo also has covered parking and is situated near one of the 7 local pools. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 2 end tables, dresser, large walk-in closet, linen closet and a private bathroom with a roomy shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds, large closet, dresser and center table. The guest bathroom is located right next to the guest bedroom and has a bath/shower.
