The Montelaguna Residences is the perfect place to escape the crowds while allowing easy access to shopping, nightlife, and tours. The private property is shared with the Montelaguna Boutique Hotel, which has its own pool and bar and offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Condo Marimba is a top floor, two-bedroom apartment with an accessible elevator and features: air conditioning, ceiling fans, two bathrooms, satellite TV, WiFi internet, dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dining and living room areas, and an oversized balcony with pristine natural views. The main bedroom has an ensuite (attached) bathroom and a walk-in closet with plenty of storage. The second bedroom has one double bed, one twin bed and its own bathroom. Each bedroom has a large dresser, side tables, a wall mounted television, and expansive views. The laundry area includes a new washer and dryer, a safe for valuables, and additional storage.
