This river front property is conveniently located in the heart of Confluence, Pennsylvania just off of the Great Allegheny Passage (GAP) Trail. 1.5 Miles from the Yough Lake Dam. 15 minutes from Ohiopyle State Park. Newly Renovated. Fully furnished.
This space is a great location for families, couples or individuals. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential cooking tools. This unit sleeps 4 people. The master has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. All linens and soaps are provided for your convenience.
Each of our units has a small patio on both the front and back of the building for you and your family to enjoy!
Confluence is a quaint little mountain town with all of the basic necessities. The Great Allegheny Passage runs through the town making it a great stop for bicyclists. There is a small park in the town center with a gazebo and picnic tables. Surrounding the town center is a gas station and service center, produce store, small café style restaurant, two banks, a hardware store and a bicycle shop. Just one block from the town center you will find a small grocery store. The Laundromat is behind the produce store. Also a few blocks down is a Dollar General in case you cant find what you are looking for at the other small places in town. If you are looking for a relaxing day, you can visit the beach at the Yough Lake Dam for a day of swimming and relaxing.
There is no public transportation in town but everything is within walking distance.
We do not permit smoking inside the building.

- No pets in showers or bath tubs
- Do not use towels on pets. You must provide your own pet towels and blankets

Please leave the apartment in the same condition it was when entered.
Please report any dissatisfaction with the unit immediately upon check-in.
At check-out please leave all slept in beds unmade and leave all used towels on the bathroom floor.
Please load the dishwasher and turn it on and place all trash in the bin on the back patio.
Make sure all small appliances are unplugged and all lights, fans and tvs are turned off.
