The City of Madison only allow resident's to rent their primary residence out for under 30 days at a time. Residents are only allowed to rent their home out for 30 days a year if the owners do not sleep on the premises. Owners are allowed to rent the home out as much as they'd like if they are sleeping in the premises during the rental. This is our primary home. Our personal items occupy the pantry, closets, dressers, vanities, and drawers. We respectfully ask that you keep these areas off limits. We have provided space in the refrigerator for your items. Please feel free to use kitchenware, spices and condiments as needed. Additionally, luggage/hanging racks are provided in the bedrooms for your use.
