Copano Bay Ranch is a beautiful pet friendly, well-kept two bedroom and one bathroom home with a one bedroom, one bathroom garage apartment located on a deep canal in the quiet Holiday Beach neighborhood just north of Rockport.
Enjoy relaxing on the large wrap decks with views of Copano Bay from the front of the home and views down the canal from the back of the home perfect for the bird watching enthusiasts. Copano Bay Ranch has its own fishing and boat dock featuring a photocell mounted light for the convenience of docking your boat while you visit and fish. Feel free to bring your golf cart to putt around while you visit.Copano Bay Ranch is a two story home with access to an attached garage. The kitchen, living room, primary and second bedroom and a shared bathroom are on the upper level. The third bedroom and second bathroom are on the lower level (Please note the downstairs unit is accessed through the garage and not from the main house). Copano Bay Ranch will sleep a maximum of 10 people.
The floor plan of the home has an open concept which is perfect for families and friends because we all know, everyone ends up in the kitchen! There is a bar with seating for three and a dining table for eight more people. Take a break in the living room and enjoy a family movie on the Smart TV. Internet is provided at no charge for all guests. No need to pack kitchen essentials, Copano Bay Ranch is fully-furnished with everything you need with the exception of a garbage disposal. Cooking will be a breeze! Not to worry there are two convenience stores just a few miles away or the local H.E.B grocery store a few minutes away within the city limits of Rockport.
This primary bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed and twin over full bunk bed. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated to offer the feeling of a home away from home and share the upstairs bathroom that features a walk-in shower. The third bedroom on the lower level has a queen size bed and a twin over full bunk bed, and the private bathroom features a walk in shower.
The porch deck ( NOT the boatlift roof -- area above the boatlift is inaccessible to guests.) has several outdoor chairs for your convenience as well as a small patio table set with four chairs. Copano Bay Ranch has a concrete slab downstairs under the home that makes a great gathering place with a picnic table and a few outdoor lounge chairs. Enjoy watching your kids' fish right in the backyard while you take in the wonderful coastal breezes, we are so lucky to have here in this magnificent part of the Texas Gulf Coast. There is a charcoal grill for guest use.
Only five vehicles are allowed in the driveway and no parking in the yard.
