Kælderlejlighed nyrenoveret i en smuk villa med tilhørende dejlig stor have til frit brug. Villaen ligger i et smukt og roligt område i København, med gode transport muligheder til centrum og andre seværdigheder. Lejligheden befinder sig i kælder etagen, dog med store vinduer ud til haven.
