Positive: property suited us location wise although very remote.
Negative: unfortunately the cleanliness let it down. Cooker needs replacing as does the radiators in both bathrooms, very rusty.The bed in the main bedroom squeaked every time you sat on it or turned over (this was mentioned in other reviews and has obviously not been rectified!). There was a grey stain on the bedding in this bed although I think the bedding and towels were clean,. We couldn't get the tv to work at all. No phone reception either.
Summary: This property could be excellent with some tlc and a bit of money spent on it.
