Mallard Rock, a true Canadian Cottage feel with stunning waterfront views. This 4 season cottage is a short 2h drive from Toronto and Merely 45 minutes from Peterborough, 20 min from Lakefield. With over 650 feet of gorgeous waterfront on Stoney Lake. The cottage is Air-conditioned & heated in the winter. There are two buildings, the cottage, and the games room bunky. Both have lots of room for entertaining. The bunky has a very large upstairs with five beds and a pullout couch.

Mallard Rock is situated in a fully wooded 1.5-acre lot located on the eastern end of the Kawartha lakes region. With over 650 feet of gorgeous waterfront on Stoney Lake. The cottage is Air-conditioned & heated in the winter. Mallard rock is great for groups who want to have their own space but still be together under one roof. 5 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 2 Bathrooms, 2 BBQs, 2 refrigerators, plus a guesthouse with 2 large bedrooms upstairs with 4 beds and a pullout & Games room perfect for the whole family to enjoy day or night, rain or shine. The family room has a gorgeous stone fireplace that offers beautiful views and a comfortable lounging space. Catch some fresh air on the deck or down by the dock, there is lots of room for outdoor fun. Private setting ideal for children to play.

WE WANT YOU TO ENJOY YOUR TIME AT THE COTTAGE. ALTHOUGH IT IS A LARGE PRIVATE AREA, SOUND DOES TRAVEL. JUST BE MINDFUL OF THE NEIGHBORS.
** Only the amount of guests registered at the time of the booking are allowed to be on the property (children included). Unregistered guests create more work for cleaning, septic tank (backup), water consumption, wear, and tear, etc. If you plan on having more guests after you have made a reservation simply adjust your booking or call us directly, we can make accommodations. If you are found to have more guests at the cabin than confirmed on the reservation, your booking will be canceled and we will ask you to vacate the premises immediately.**
