Our cottage welcoming 12 to 14 people is fully equipped, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, pyrolysis oven, fridge / freezer ... as well as all the small equipment necessary for everyday life (iron and table , household products, vacuum cleaner ...).

You will also enjoy the park, a private swimming pool heated from early May to early October, treated with salt and covered by a sliding shelter (swimming possible under the shelter), a renovated barn in large covered terrace, d 'a bowling green, a ping pong table, a game of darts ... and you can relax in the heart of our small bamboo plantation.
This Gite is located in the small town of Ychoux, ideally located for exploring the South West and radiating to ocean beaches, coastal lakes (Parentis, Biscarrosse, Sanguinet, Cazaux), the Arcachon Bay, the Pilat dune, the Leyre valley and large natural spaces. Located 5km from the A63 motorway, you can quickly reach Bordeaux (76km) and Bayonne (120km). You will discover the Landes by bike thanks to almost 300 kilometers of dedicated tracks (not to mention the 1,700 kilometers of "cycle tourism routes", on the road).
