This is a cozy quiet cottage like farmhouse ranch that is centrally located near 10 mile and Gratiot. It’s on a very quiet private street but close to freeways, bars, restaurants, Lake St Clair (5 mins), Downtown Detroit (15 mins) and Royal Oak (15 mins).
It features a 58” Ruku TV w 800 mpbs wifi plan, and board and card games for both adults and kids! Sleeping arrangements include: 3 bedrooms, 4 standard beds (2 queen and 2 twin beds) and 2 sofa beds (total of 6 beds).
Living room features a 58” Ruku streaming TV with apps and xfinity basic cable. There is also 2 sofa beds and a large desk and other various tables and decor.
House internet has 800 mpbs wifi and there are board and card games for both adults and kids in the living room. For those who wish for light exercise, there is a yoga mat, blocks, and exercise bands in the entertainment center alongside the games.

Kitchen and Dining: There is a large kitchen with brand new 2022 refrigerator and range with a built in air fryer as well as a large dining table that seats 6. Additionally there are basic cooking and dining ware as well as a K-Cup coffee maker and microwave. (Also includes plastic dinnerware for kids). A coffee and tea starter pack will be supplied so that you will have starter supplies available upon arrival.
Bathroom: there is 1 bathroom, basic soap and shampoo will be supplied along with a hair dryer (potential for other bonus supplies as available but not guaranteed)
Security and safety: The property is equipped with blink security doorbells and cameras (all outdoor facing cameras for safety and security purposes). There is also a first aide kit under the kitchen sink and the front door has a smart lock with passcodes that are temporary/timed and change with each guest.
Laundry: washer and dryer is available and located on the right side of the kitchen
